Do you find yourself caught up in the rat race of taking care of everyone else and putting yourself last by neglecting your own self-care?
You may even feel burn out and worn down from giving 100% of yourself to others, your family, your work and even the upkeep of your home, that you feel you have nothing left to give yourself.
You strive to eat healthy but you find yourself running through the drive thru to satisfy your craving for salty French fries. You may be the mom who needs four cups of coffee to get through the day but I bet you’re not drinking it black. Nope it’s loaded with all the sweet stuff. Or you may be like me when I had toddlers calling my mother-in-law in the middle of the day from something stronger - a coka cola. HAHA!
I know what it’s like to not prioritize my health but so desperately want to look better in a bathing suit. And my guest on the show today does too.
She is a registered dietitian, nutritionist and weight loss coach who knows first hand what it’s like to juggle all the mom responsibilities and desire to feel good in her skin. She’s also a fellow podcaster at The Baby Weight Nutritionist podcast where she coaches women to lose weight and feel comfortable in their own body even while having little to no time.
Today we’re getting her advice on how to prioritize our health as busy moms to lose weight and feel better both mentally and physically.
